Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with Selora. We take immense pride in the quality of our products and carefully inspect every order before dispatch. To ensure a transparent and smooth experience for everyone, please read our return and exchange guidelines carefully.
1. Mandatory Unboxing Video To be eligible for any return, exchange, or claim for a damaged/missing item, a continuous, unedited unboxing video is strictly required. You must record the video from the moment you open the sealed courier flyer/box. Claims made without a valid unboxing video will not be entertained.
2. The 24-Hour Notification Window If you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged article, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. Requests made after this 24-hour window will automatically be declined.
3. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges For an article to be accepted for a return or exchange, it must meet the following conditions:

The item must be in its original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition.

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be completely intact and attached.

Articles that smell of perfume, detergent, or body odor, or show signs of makeup or wear, will be rejected and sent back to the customer.
4. Store Credit Only (No Cash Refunds) We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. If your return is approved, you will be issued Store Credit equal to the value of the purchased item (excluding shipping charges). This store credit will be provided as a unique discount code that you can use to shop again on our website at any time.
5. Return Shipping Costs Unless the item received was fundamentally defective or the wrong item was sent by our packing team, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping to our warehouse.
6. How to Initiate a Claim If your order meets all the criteria above, please reach out to our customer support team immediately with your Order Number and the Unboxing Video.

Once we receive your returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect it. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy requirements. If approved, your store credit will be issued within 2 to 3 business days.
